Please note that because PrimPour Electric Wine Openers are all limited edition patterns, if a replacement is warranted it will be from patterns available at that time. The customer is responsible for all shipping associated with warranty returns/exchanges.

It is recommended that you do not overstretch your Bottle Drape when applying it to any bottle. Also, pouring towards the tie knot will reduce the possibility of your bottle drape coming in contact with poured fluids and therefore preventing staining.

If you should need to clean your Bottle Drape, spot cleaning with a damp cloth and air drying is recommended.

Additionally, Transparency keeps a record of every code generated along with the product for which it was generated and uses the information to authenticate products.
