On occasion PrimPour offers shipping promotions, at which time customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We ship via USPS for all domestic packages.

We strive to get all orders placed by 3 p.m. CST shipped out the same day. However, processing times could run longer due to various factors.

Shipping & handling charges are as follows:

$3.99 flat fee for domestic shipments - all states within the USA. Complimentary shipping on orders $49 and above.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to other carriers or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
