We want you to be completely satisfied with your primpour.com purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return.
If you the Customer for whatever reason are dissatisfied with your PrimPour merchandise purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Item(s) must be returned in their original new condition, along with original undamaged packaging. Exchanges made within 30 days are subject to the same conditions. Please note that because PrimPour patterns and styles are limited editions, it cannot be guaranteed that any particular pattern and/or design will be available for exchange request.
It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
The Customer is responsible for any shipping associated with returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return/exchange please email: returns@primpour.com and include your order number in the subject line. Include Customer name and address in the body of the email along with a brief description of the reason for return so that we may better improve our offerings. Also include a picture so that we may possibly resolve any problems via email.
